Sheila Warden, Owner and Stylist - Sheila received her license in 1967 from Virginia School of Cosmetology. She opened her first salon in 1984, her second in 2007, and recently took over the salon in the Chester Village Retirement Community. She still attend numerous classes and seminars to constantly further her knowledge of the beauty industry. She has experience in all aspects of hair styling, has sponsored apprentices in her salons and is involved in numerous community activities.

Heather Smith, Midlothian Manager - Heather has been a part of the Sheila's team since 2004. She started as a shampoo tech and then joined our apprenticeship program. You may also recognize her as the friendly face that meets you at the reception desk. Heather received her cosmetology license in 2007. We believe she has the beginnings of a great career. Heather's strong suit is make-up. She has experience in runway and special occasion applications. She also performs a fabulous pedicure.

Tanya Barner - Tanya came to Sheila's in the infancy of her career. She graduated from Chesterfield Technical Center in 1988. She has been a stylist for 21 years and at Sheila's for over 21 years. Tanya is our most diverse employee. Not only does she cut, color and style hair, she also is a nail technician and make-up artist. Tanya has experience in natural, acrylic, and gel nails. She has participated in runway and special occasion make-up.

Misty Bentley - Misty is part of the original team that made Sheila's such a success! She has been a stylist for over 29 years and an irreplaceable member of Sheila's for over 19 years. Misty is exceptional in all aspects of this career, but stands out when it comes to cutting. Her precision cutting and classic lines will give you a look that is unforgettable as she is!

Linda Bentley - Linda is another key player in the Sheila's empire. She has been a hairdresser for over 29 years and a member of the Sheila's family for over 19 years. Linda has not only helped to make the Midlothian salon a success, she is also now a part of our Chester team (on Tues. only) Linda's impeccable reputation for precision cutting makes her an essential part of Sheila's team. Linda's calm sweet spirit will make your visit to Sheila's a transforming experience.

Stephanie Heath - Stephanie has been a stylist since 1998. She came to Sheila's in 2003 to begin her already budding career. We are proud to say that she has bloomed into an excellent stylist. Stephanie strives to make every client 100% happy. We believe at Sheila's that Stephanie is great in all areas, but stands out when it comes to her artistry in color.

Beth Taylor - Beth graduated from Richmond Technical Center and the Virginia Apprentice program in 2003. She has been employed with Sheila's for 7 years. Beth is knowledgeable in all aspects of this industry, but we at Sheila's feel that she excels in the art of color application and formulation. Beth also has a knack for color correction and can fix just about anything you might have done at home.

Cheryl Clements - Cheryl is a recent addition to Sheilas, but not to this industry. She recieved her license 29 years ago from Chesterfield Technical Center. While she enjoys all aspects of her profession, she especially enjoys permanent waving and barbering. She welcomes her former, as well as new, clients.

Jackie Moore - Jackie is a meticulous perfectionist. She excels at cutting, coloring and people pleasing!

Beila Gray - Beila is originally from England. She enjoys creating individual looks for each client and is a true pleasure with whom to spend your time!

Gina Smoot - Gina, an 12 year stylist, specializes in multi-dimensional color, up-do's and modern cuts. She says, "If you have a picture, I can do it, but remember I'm a beautician, not a magician.

Robin "Roz" Shively - After a year at Virginia School of Cosmetology Robin graduated from the Chesterfield Technical Center. She has been trained in color by leading manufacturers, her specialty is dimensional color. She enjoys doing all types of cuts, men, women and young adults. Her texture techniques are updated regularly. After 32 years of being in the business her clients say it all, " I want a Robin do".

Melody Wright - Our Chester manager came to work with Sheila over 7 years ago after managing in a local salon. She has grown in her color education and loves all aspects of her profession. She is always excited about any new venture. Her latest is offering her hairstyling skills to the Chester Village Retirement Community residents on Fridays.

Joyce Brusca - Joyce has been a hairstylist for 17 years. She grew up in Long Island, N.Y. She moved to Virginia over 12 years ago and most of her experience in creating hair designs has been in VA. She loves haircutting but her specialty is color. She especially enjoys doing highlights and lowlights. She feels that these services bring out her creativity. Joyce says, "Making people look and feel their best gives me so much satisfaction when I come to work".

Kris Fitzgerald - Kris is a 1989 graduate of the Chesterfield Technical Center and former owner of Hair Heaven in Chesterfield. She brings to Sheila's 21 years of expert cut and color experience. She specializes in special occasion and formal up-do's. She loves her work!

Diane Sutton - Sheila's newest member of our Chester Salon, Diane is the former owner of LaGabriela Salon is Chester. She is a master stylist of more than 39 years and is proud of her accomplishments as a specialist with dimensional color, specialty waves, and current design cuts. There is nothing related to hair that Diane cannot do!

Laura Quillian - Laura is the newest addition to our Chester salon. Laura is the former owner of Hair Apparent and Hair Techniques, a seasoned stylist who welcomes her former clients as well as new ones to visit her in Chester. She is planning to work in our Midlothian salon on Thursdays.
